My yoga journey has been exactly that.
Beginning in Sydney over ten years ago it has taken me to innumerable retreats and workshops in Australia and Asia, encompassing many styles and traditions of yoga, before returning home to Hertfordshire.
As an experienced Marathon runner, I have learnt how to use yoga to protect against injuries. I also understand how good teaching can stop yoga itself creating chronic injury.
A great many influences have informed my yoga, but Ashtanga will always form the core of my practice. I am a qualified Ashtanga instructor & have benefited from having the same
teacher for many years.
Having seen and experienced the transformative and redeeming effect that
this simple practice has in people's lives, I have a genuine wish to share this
knowledge with others
